Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Every piece is made in our Guilford, CT workshop. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, sometimes sooner. Personalized and made-to-order items may take 8 to 10 business days. During the holiday season, please allow a few extra days. Digital files are delivered by email right after purchase.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 1 lb: $9.99
- 1 to 3 lb: $15.99
- 3 to 5 lb: $19.99
- 5 to 7 lb: $23.99
- 7 to 10 lb: $27.99
- Over 10 lb: $44.99

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Delivery
Orders ship by UPS. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Local pickup
Local pickup in Guilford, CT is free. Choose "The Workshop" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email sales@wetnosewoodworks.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it, remake it or refund you, as described in our return policy.
